Get Involved
I recently overheard a conversation where one person said to the other, “You’re being so bipolar right now!”
I can’t describe the hurt and shame I felt in that moment! If I can help one person not feel these feelings, if I can change the conversation around mental health, I’ll have done what I was brought here to do.
You can help!
As someone who struggles with mental health, I know it is a lonely, taboo space. Many people are frighted by it. And it’s not going away.
It’s up to each of us to create the tools for healthier environment for those who live with this problem. As this idea grows, we’ll find more and greater ways to work together. I invite you show up in meaningful ways—now, and as we grow.
